Solution to Computer Problems

There are few most common problems that every computer user has to face.

It may be the computer slow performance, virus and spyware problems, critical error messages, data corruption etc. But not everyone knows how to protect the computer from different problems, how to take care of the information stored in the computer and how to boost its performance and speed.

In this article we're going to talk about most common problems and solution to them.

Freezing up

If you noticed that your PC freezes very often or not responding and your mouse won't move, this is the time when you need to press the magic key combination of Ctrl+Alt+Del, all three at the same time. It will open the Windows Task Manager where you can look through the list of application running and quickly and easily find the one that is not responding. You need to click on its name and push the End Task button. If you're unable to launch the Task Manager, then it’s impossible to turn off the computer in the usual way. In this case press the Power Button to reboot.

Windows starts only in safe mode

If your system won't run in its normal mode, then probably the easiest way to solve this problem is to run a disk scan. In order to do this procedure you should go to the Start menu, then Programs, then Accessories, then System tools and click on Scan Disk. Check on the Automatically fix errors feature and start scan. When the process is finished reboot your computer to see if it solved the problem. If not, then you need to perform a defragmentation. To do this, go the same path to the System tools again and click on Disk Defragmenter. If this didn't help either, try to solve the problem by contacting a computer technician.

Problems with installing new software

If you have problems when trying to install new program or application, you need to check the Windows installer service. In order to do this click the right button on My Computer icon, then go to Manage, then click the Windows service. You may need to check if some software interrupts the work of the other or the software is not installed properly.

Computer spontaneous reboot

Disabling the feature of restarting the computer without warning may help you, so try to do this first. Click the right mouse button on My Computer icon, go to Properties, and click Advanced tab, then click Settings button under Start up and Recovery where you need to uncheck the Automatically restart check box. However the reasons of the problem may be different: hardware or software errors, computer viruses, operating system problems.

Internet Explorer crash

In order to optimize the work of Internet Explorer you can delete the internet temporary files, browsing history, cookies or simply update it to a newer version. You may also try to use some other browser (Mozilla Firefox, Opera etc).

If you don't believe you can solve your computer problems call for a technical support.
